Hi. I am Emi. I am currently in Vancouver but am always exploring various corners of the world. Here are some other things to know about me:
I was born in Nara, Japan, but have spent most of my life in New York.
When I was in kindergarten, a little boy told me that I couldn’t become a commercial pilot “because GIRLS can’t be pilots.” I immediately swung my lunch box and hit him as hard as I could. To this day, I am most inspired when told that I can’t achieve something, which is both a blessing and a curse.
I recently accomplished a lifelong dream of visiting all seven continents.
I follow tennis and Formula 1 closely and am always happy to talk about Grand Slams/Prix.
I am an ENFP (Myers-Briggs) and a Scorpio but I am not particularly spiritual or superstitious.
I will not touch bananas or oranges with a ten-foot pole. I also think pie is the worst and you can’t convince me otherwise.
